I’ve been to Edinburgh multiple times recently and I’ve been devastated at never being able to fit Piggs in because it books up months in advance. Mainly because of the brilliant Spanish food, but also a little bit to do with its intimate seating plan.
The food is served when ready, most is cooked in front of you and the wine list could have kept us there all night. This was a dinner we had after some cocktails so we did not go shy on the menu. We ordered:
Pic 1: Pan Con Tomate
Pic 2: Croquetas Jamon
Pic 3: Pincho Moruno (similar to kebab)
Pic 4: Steak Jerez
Pic 5: Patas Bravas
Pic 6: Albondigas & Chorizo Sidra
I wouldn’t skip on the Steak and Pan Con Tomate, those were definitely the highlight for us ✨
