Date someone who’s voice can make you calm, or wet.. or both

every one of these photos was taken this year, normally id just post the first one but I don’t want to always only share the highlights when that’s not what real life looks like all of the time

I’ve dealt with bloating for my entire adult life (and to be honest I’m not surprised with the way that I’ve treated my body over the years this isn’t a “poor me” post) but a couple of months ago I started a gut health protocol with my functional health practitioner, eating low FODMAP and dairy free and since then, the only time I’ve bloated was the first couple of days after starting creatine (which has now completely settled)

for someone who has lived with painful bloating for so long, this feels like a miracle 🥹

btw I won’t be on this diet forever and we’re going to look to start phasing these foods back in at some stage, but I’m excited to see where this gut healing journey takes me because it’s not just about the bloating, it’s the energy levels, the digestion, the ability to build muscle because I’ve also been dealing with a absorption issues... so its been a lot!

please also know I’m just sharing what’s working for me (and this doesn’t replace medical advice). bloating is common but it is not normal, and it is so difficult/impossoble to self-diagnose so if it’s something you’ve been dealing with like I have, I always recommend working with a professional.

if you want to try it with me, my 4 week nutrition and gut reset starts tomorrow worldwide ❤️ I actually created it for myself based on the work I’ve been doing with my practitioner, but so many of you asked how I’ve been eating that I wanted to share it. it’s $35 USD (one-off payment, lifetime access) for the next 24 hours only.

comment REALIGN and I’ll send you the link, or you can find more details in my bio 💛

It's my birthday!!!!

I am happy, my heart is smiling, and I am doing things that little me, in my wildest dreams, never thought would be possible. But here I am.

The lines on my face (hopefully not too many!) are lines of wisdom, laughter, experience and a face that lights up with excitement.

And I am nowhere near finished.

I am still dreaming big, chasing those dreams with optimism, tenacity, heart and a whole lot of love. I still have so many stories I want to tell, places I want to see, people I want to meet and experiences I want to live.

I want to keep growing, learning, creating and saying YES to the things that make my heart sing.

But more than anything, I want to leave a positive impression wherever I go. To make people feel seen, heard, valued and loved. To leave people a little better than I found them.

Because life isn't just about the things we achieve or the places we go. It's about the connections we make, the laughter we share and the difference we make along the way.

So here's to another year of living boldly, loving deeply, telling stories and making memories.
Here's to the little girl who never stopped dreaming, the woman who keeps showing up, and all the beautiful things still to come.

54, I am ready for you!
And if there's one thing I know for sure, it's that my best stories are still waiting to be told.

💋💋
