Honestly just map depending imo. Lots of cover use slow perk you just get ult charge very fast and lots of dmg output and space control. The 150 on open maps because its way easier to garuntee the 1 taps

I run power slide as you can pop supports quicker especially if you can off angle well but its map dependant for me
