Mile 15 is one of the most dreaded miles of the New York City Marathon.

All the noise and electric energy from the sidelines that make the marathon such a singular event vanish as runners climb the Queensboro Bridge. They are left with just the sound of collective panting and of hundreds of sneakers shuffling against asphalt.

“Everyone is fighting their own demons as they are going up the bridge,” one runner told our reporter.

At the link in our bio, experience what it’s like to run across the bridge during the NYC Marathon, and read more about the victorious descent into the “wall of sound.”

❤️Someone has feelings for you, but they don't want to be in a relationship, they don't know what they will do in the future, but as if now they don't want to be tied down.
❤️And that is the reason why you two keep on going through cycles over and over again.
This person has feelings for you, but they don't want commitment & they also are not telling you this clearly.
❤️They want to meet or talk to you eventually, but whenever a serious conversation comes up, they just evade the whole thing.
❤️This person is currently using so many things, a person or substances to distract themselves, they indulge in unnecessary pleasure to ignore their feelings.
This person also suddenly creates distance when they are not able to control their feelings for you.
❤️You feel so hurt when this person behaves in this toxic way,
Taurus Pisces cancer Capricorn Scorpio sun moon rising
This person's behaviour is actually coming from fear of getting hurt. They can be an avoidance.
❤️They also want this assurance of getting attention from multiple different people, but when they are getting attention from you, it makes them feel more emotionally overwhelmed. They can understand why they can control their feelings when it comes to you and they want to run from it.
❤️This person feels so attracted to you because you are the only one that can force them to change to do better.
❤️This person will be approaching you differently now, as your detached behaviour has jolted them to the reality that if they don't work hard, you will walk away from their life & never return.

🚨 why is testosterone dropping in adult men? 📉🍌

🧠 1️⃣ brain signaling ↓ → gnrh ↓ → lh ↓ → leydig cells produce less testosterone 🧬

😴 2️⃣ poor sleep → disrupted hormonal rhythm → testosterone ↓

🍔 3️⃣ visceral belly fat ↑ → inflammation ↑ → testosterone production ↓

🔥 4️⃣ excess body fat → aromatase activity ↑ → testosterone converts into estradiol

😰 5️⃣ chronic stress → cortisol signaling ↑ → reproductive hormone signaling ↓

🍩 6️⃣ insulin resistance → insulin ↑ → shbg ↓ → total testosterone ↓

🍟 7️⃣ chronic overeating → visceral fat ↑ → metabolic dysfunction → testosterone ↓

🥗 8️⃣ severe calorie restriction → low energy availability → gnrh & lh ↓

🥜 9️⃣ zinc deficiency → impaired testicular steroidogenesis → testosterone ↓

☀️ 🔟 vitamin d deficiency → associated with low testosterone, but supplementation doesn’t reliably increase it

🏋️ 1️⃣1️⃣ physical inactivity → visceral fat ↑ → insulin resistance ↑ → testosterone may ↓

🍺 1️⃣2️⃣ heavy alcohol consumption → leydig cell dysfunction → testosterone ↓

💤 1️⃣3️⃣ sleep apnea → fragmented sleep + hypoxia → associated with testosterone ↓

💊 1️⃣4️⃣ opioids & anabolic steroid misuse → hpg-axis suppression → natural testosterone ↓

🧬 1️⃣5️⃣ aging → leydig cell function ↓ + hormonal regulation changes → testosterone gradually ↓

💪 how to support healthy testosterone naturally?

✅ 7–9 hours quality sleep 😴
✅ strength training 3–4 times weekly 🏋️
✅ reduce excess visceral fat 🔥
✅ consume adequate calories, protein & healthy fats 🥑
✅ correct zinc, vitamin d & other nutrient deficiencies 🥜
✅ manage chronic stress 🧘
✅ limit alcohol & treat sleep apnea ❤️
✅ avoid anabolic steroids without medical indication 🚫

🧪 symptoms of low testosterone? check morning total testosterone on two separate days + shbg/free testosterone when indicated + lh, fsh & prolactin based on results.

🔥 remember: testosterone is not just abou
