Today I had the absolute legend himself, the bloke with the aesthetics, the physique, and the character Patrick.
Honestly, Patrick’s the real deal. Not just a champion in body, but in spirit and attitude as well.To be fair, massages can usually be a bit tiring, but with Patrick, I didn’t feel it at all. If anything, I was enjoying it so much I wouldn’t have minded if it went for another couple of hours.His physique is seriously impressive .the muscle density, the definition, the conditioning… it’s fascinating. Super low body fat, thin skin, and that proper dense muscle look. His legs — quads and hamstrings are on another level, and the shoulders just as solid.Today we worked on releasing muscle knots. With bodybuilders, that can sometimes be a bit painful and might cause soreness for a day or two, but after that, the body feels way better. We managed to clear out pretty much all the tight spots, so recovery from here should be smooth.Big thanks to you, Patrick really appreciate your energy and your attitude. Such a respectful and genuine bloke. Having you in the clinic today brought nothing but positive vibes.And honestly, seeing professionals like you gives me that drive to keep pushing, no matter what. It reminds me that you can always rebuild and come back stronger.
And to be honest, the camera doesn’t do him justice he actually looks bigger and more impressive in real life
