RJ, I’m a longtime Rivian investor and a strong believer in what you’re building. Rivian has a compelling story to tell—from R2 and autonomy to software, the Volkswagen partnership, and its path toward large-scale production. Investors, however, shouldn’t have to search for that story. You don’t need to become Elon Musk or compromise your authenticity. But Rivian would benefit from more visible, consistent, and direct communication about its vision, technology, and progress—particularly how R2 could transform the company. You’ve built something people believe in. Don’t be afraid to champion it boldly and consistently.

Hopefully, you have enough door handles in stock so that when one gets stuck like my R1 door handle, it can be replaced faster than the three months that I’ve had to wait to get mine replaced. I’ve had five different appointments rescheduled the day before because they keep canceling them saying that the door handle is not in stock.
