ADA WINE CO. / A very fresh new cuvee from @adawine_co is releasing today, and it’s hot on the heels of some excellent reviews in the 2026 Halliday guide.
‘Miles’ is a blend of young Gamay from Forreston in the Adelaide Hills which has just come online after being planted in 2022 and is combined here with Pinot Noir from the same vineyard for some depth and structure. The resulting wine is a delightful light-bodied red that drinks well from the fridge or at the table, with Gamay’s trademark red fruits and a deeper pitch from the Pinot.
