🚨 BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BUYING FROM THE SLEEP COMPANY! Money paid. Defective product received. No proper after-sales service. Issue still unresolved, tickets closed without a solution, and the customer is left chasing support. The company is not agreeing to replace the defective product. It feels like customers are being left to deal with products that should never have been sold.
