I consider myself a witch! 🧙‍♀️

And I love the process of witchization that has been naturally unfolding for me in the past years.
Ayurveda actually gave me a very solid base to start working with plants and I really want to learn about the Ayurvedic properties of European plants to collect more and make healing teas, tinctures, treats, and add them to food.

I now forage nettles and raspberry leaves, coriander and fennels seeds from the garden. I make my own tea mixes, my own spice mixes, I cook with almost only whole foods. I adapt the herbs to my cycle and my inner state and I can heal most common diseases before they actually take me over with what I have in my kitchen.

I also meditate daily which is the base practice for any psychic or magic practices. I don’t really do spells (yet?) but I practice some exercises to develop my psychic abilities, it’s fun and much less complicated than I thought.

And very importantly!! I cleanse regularly. This is THE most important practice that we all lost and that is impacting our health and abilities the most (with our diet, sleep, and physical activity)
You don’t take plant medicine without doing dieta first, in all cultures there are ways to fast, sweat, and/or control the food you eat for some time to cleanse the body from the accumulated toxins and imbalances that tend to build up along the seasons. It has drastically changed my life and I won’t go back!

For me a witch is just a mostly feminine archetype of an embodied being connected to nature and to the subtle world. And I love that this has come back as something cool. Wanna be a witch with me?

luv my city🫶🏾 100 comments and its yalls just cuz!🫟🌎

Amy Acton will be Ohio’s next governor, The Associated Press reported. She defeated Vivek Ramaswamy, the billionaire entrepreneur, becoming the first woman to be elected governor in the state.

She is only the second Democrat to win the governor’s office in Ohio in 35 years. It was a remarkable achievement for Dr. Acton, who faced intensely personal attacks from Ramaswamy that focused on her troubled childhood. Her candidacy had initially seemed like a long shot, given Ohio’s longtime Republican leanings and Ramaswamy’s deep pockets.

At the link in our bio, read more about Acton’s victory. Photo by @maddiemcgarvey

BREAKING: Twelve people from Silence Elbit Drones are blockading the roads to Elbit's Israeli weapons facility in Filton, Bristol, to shut Elbit down.

Our name is inspired by the words adapted from Palestinian poet Marwan Makhoul and read out by Ellie Kamio, as she and three other Palestine Action activists were sentenced as terrorists for destroying Israeli quadcopter drones, inside Elbit's Filton factory.

She said: "In order to hear the birds, the drones must be silent"

We're here to continue their mission to silence the skies over Gaza, by shutting Elbit down, on the day that the Palestine Action ban will be challenged in the Supreme Court.

The government wants to label those who stop the Israeli weapons industry as terrorists to scare us all. Instead, those 'terrorists' have inspired us to also take action.
