Hannah Rohwedder

It’s a bit hard to put into words how much this sport has meant to me. I haven’t known a life without it. The past 16 years riding has given me lifelong friends I can’t imagine my life without, connections with horses I will never forget, and a fulfillment I can’t quite grasp from anywhere else.

I am so incredibly grateful for the opportunities UNCW equestrian have given me to continue to pursue what I love. This has been the best team of girls I could’ve ever possibly asked for. Thank you God for allowing me to do what I love, and love what I do. Thank you to all the coaches who pushed me everyday to be better. Thank you to the horses that give it their all for us. Thank you mom and dad for supporting me in this sport no matter what and with everything you had. And thank you UNCW for the last four years. I can’t imagine spending it doing anything else. 🤍
