I release all things that are not for me, and welcome all the things that are for me. Blessed I am to know all things happen FOR me, not to me 💕💕💕 #Spa #Wellness #Chai #fyp #Miami

Those eyes say exactly what she thinks of being rescued 😳🦉 When Brigitte from @cottontailwildlife got a call about an owl with an injured wing, she headed out into the snow to bring her in for treatment. But this feisty owl had absolutely no intention of being caught! Dodo editor Brielle shares how Brigitte managed to rescue her so she could recover and eventually return to the wild. Learn how to support Cottontail Cottage Wildlife Rehab by clicking the link in our bio. Special thanks to @greenchimneys for rehabilitating this mighty owl! Strong ankles = stronger, more resilient athletes! 💪 Full workout below! ⬇️ ANKLE STRENGTH + STABILITY WORKOUT 2 rounds | 2–3x per week Single-leg step-outs – 5 each direction/leg Builds balance, ankle stability, and coordination. Straight-leg calf raises – 12 reps Bent-knee calf raises – 12 reps Targets the soleus, a deeper calf muscle that helps absorb impact, stabilize the ankle, and support running and jumping. Banded ankle eversion – 12 each foot Strengthens the muscles on the outside of the ankle, helping improve stability, balance, and resistance to ankle rolling during sports. Tibialis raises – 15 reps Strengthens the front of the shin, helping with ankle control, deceleration, and controlled landings. Bulgarian split squats – 8 each leg Side-to-side jumps – 10 reps We LOVE having our @majorfitness_global B52 at home! It makes adding strength work around practices, school, and busy schedules so easy.
