. . . ✔️ اخبار و عکسهای بیشتر در استوری ✔️ @turkmagazin.ir @turkmagazin.ir2 . . . #yörükkızı #laraaslan #minademirtaş #onurseyityaran #eylültumbar

Some next level Ja’mie’s were let loose this Halloween as well as some Mr G’s, Gavin’s, Jonah’s, Jana’s. This was a record breaking year and the antics were outta control.

Your knees don’t work alone. Every plié, relevé, jump and landing relies on your feet, ankles and the muscles around your knees working together. These 4 exercises combine ankle mobility, foot control and strength around the knees. You’re working through different positions, loading the ankles and knees and building more control through the entire lower body - exactly what you need for a deeper demi-plié, stronger relevés and softer, more controlled landings. Doing movements like these regularly can help improve ankle mobility, strengthen your feet and make your knees more stable and resilient, so they’re ready for hours of class and rehearsal. Keep the movements controlled, stay within a comfortable range and build up gradually. Comment POINTE and I’ll send you the link to my Foot & Ankle Foundations program ✨
