3 affirmations I reflect upon as I celebrate my 1 year of being cancer free:

1. You’ll look like Mark Zuckerberg, or the 5th beatle, but it’s okay because your hair is growing back

2. It’s a marathon, not a race. You will still have good and bad days up to this day, and that’s okay.

3. You will be able to eat birria tacos, in due time
