Now you're making me hungry! We don't have any Palestinian cuisine here on Kaua'i, Hawai'i. But we do have many in the San Francisco Bay Area California when I go visit my family. I do miss the food! Now I have to check out your resto when I visit my relatives in Metro Manila. Aloha

Palestine was never a country. There was a kingom called Judea and Israel thousands of years ago. Even in an Egyptian monument, Israel was mentioned. Romans named that area Palestine to despised the Jews, sever ths jews connection to the land. Israelites tried to bring their kingdom back but was overpowered by Romans and Muslim Arabs. Muslim built mosques over a jewish temple. Muslim also applied taxes to Christians and Jews. Nothing against Palestinians, but it was Yasser Arafat who said no to a Palestnian state.

Can’t wait to come back home to try this. I was raised in the states but I always wondered who i’d align with if I still lived in the Philippines, anyone for a Free Palestine would be my kin, i’d be a regular at your restaurant.
