Wellness looks a little different for each of us, but one thing we have in common? Making ourselves a priority. 🤍

We spent a beautiful weekend at @canyonranch focused on movement, nourishing meals, mindfulness, rest, and the kind of connection that reminds you how good it feels to slow down and take care of YOU.

As women in midlife and beyond, we know wellness isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about the small, consistent habits that add up and finding what works for your season of life.

We were so happy to have @swansonvitamins as our wellness partner for this special gathering, sharing everyday wellness essentials that fit into our individual routines. Because feeling our best starts with the little things we do for ourselves, day after day.

Six women. Six unique routines. One shared reminder: it’s never too late to invest in yourself. ✨

This is wellness, the ProAge way.

Who doesn’t love a clever swap that’s also better value? 😍
When you become more aware of the role marketing plays on food products you start to find lots of clever swaps that are better value 🙌👌

Always check the price per kg or per litre on the shelf, not just the price on the pack. It’s the only way to see the true value of what you’re comparing.

Below are the better value swaps but FIRST 👇

‼️ I’ve got something big coming in January to help you shop smarter and save money on your weekly shop. If you want to be the first to hear about it, comment WAITLIST and I’ll add you to the list 💗

Friends come and go, but covens are forever. Watch the finale of FX’s @ahsfx for one last spell and then binge the entire season on Hulu.
