NEW YORK CITY MARATHON // what a day. so beautiful, so hard. NY I love you. i started to get pretty excited on my sunrise drive over to staten island and it just kept building throughout the day. from frank sinatra blasting at the base of the verrazano bridge to ripping through the five boroughs seeing so many friends and family along the way - an experience i’ll never forget. this was the first marathon i’ve run without a time goal. i wanted to soak it all in and let the day unfold without the pace dictating how i felt. i was ready for whatever and had a lot of fun just being in the moment. the nyc marathon in 2018 marked the beginning of my running journey, and with everything that’s changed personally in the last eight years, there was so much to reflect on. it made an already special day mean that much more. a lot of love to @vuoriclothing for making it happen - an incredible weekend celebrating the best race in the world. nyc marathon ‘26 // 2:36:37 📸 @carlnard 4, 5, 7, 8, 9
Terima kasih semua.
“Ten years and I don’t get the benefit of the doubt?” 👀 That’s where things got personal. Hours went by without a call back, and by the end it was, “Cool. Stay in St. Louis then.” Would the missed call bother you more, or feeling like they made up their mind before hearing you out? 👇🏾 🎧 Watch and listen to the full Hit x Hers episode. The world produces around 150 million tonnes of rice husk each year. A pioneering solution kills two birds with one stone – repurposing this agricultural waste as a durable and sustainable building material of the future. Alongside materials made from rice husks like panelling, research suggests rice husk ash could provide an alternative to cement - which is responsible for 8% of global carbon emissions.
