@melbelle1207 didn’t waste any time getting to work and following everything I programmed after I told her she should compete. From the food to the workouts, nothing was missed or avoided. She did it all. EVERY SINGLE PART OF THE PLAN. What’s wild is we did this in under 6 months with no off season 🤣
