Honestly Pacey was one of the best characters ever written. Every time I rewatch the series it’s for him.

For a guy that sounded intelligent, why did they make him into a kid that was barely passing his classes? They should have done this in Boy Meets World. Shawn and Topanga as a couple would have worked

It’s funny. It’s comparable to Boy Meets World. Topanga should’ve been with Shawn. It makes sense that when you’re younger, you choose the Corey or Dawson. But as you get older, you want someone more like Pacey and Shawn. Men who are not threatened by a woman’s intellect or sensuality. That sees them as full autonomous beings. Who respects the what she brings and is okay in his masculinity. Joey and Topanga need a specific archetype of man. A lot of it is mindset vs physical attributes. I was so happy that they put them together. Monica and Chandler too. Wish Moesha ended up with Q lol.
