I just received my Luminox watch back from a warranty service from saltzman watched your us repair center. For a broken crown. They replaced the movement and crown . And now all of the tritium tubes are dead. This is absolutely devastating. They basically ruined my watch and sent it back to me like it is fully functional. I cannot believe the lack of quality control and the fact there is no one I can speak with at your company. I’ve called every number you have listed and am only directed to voicemail. I am praying and hoping there’s something that can be done. Saltzman wants me to send the watch back to them but I truly don’t trust them what so ever.
