Hennessy My Way 2026
“Golden Hour” - my take on a Side Car. Inspired from merienda culture in the Philippines and showcasing flavors of Turon
1.5oz Hennessy VSOP Infused with banana
.75oz Montelobos Mezcal Infused with Jackfruit
.25oz Banana Oleo
.25oz Jackfruit Syrup
.5oz Lemon Juice
2 Drops Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Barspoon Saline
Garnished with repurposed dried jackfruit/banana/toasted sesame seeds/Asin tibuok(filipino salt)
Glassware : Tall Nick en Nora
Burning Palo Santo serve as the nostalgia of “siga” when my family would burn waste on our backyard while we eat our merienda.
