Some post show posing here- Admittedly not my favorite look ever, but the goal of today was just to go get some bloodflow and use my lift more as a meditation than anything. One of those weird days where I’m living in my head and just trying to decompress. This prep was FULL of emotions so just taking the day to process- not all bad ones at all, just ALOT. But we had a blast, that is what matters. I get to do the thing I love and that’s so important We’ve decided to shut it down for the season due to my lower back giving me a ton of pain and my body just being out of sorts. I mean honestly here, a little sad but I made the call as soon as I got off stage and I knew it was the right one. Today we just breathe rinse and repeat
