🇩🇪🇺🇸Locator training at University of Mainz in Germany!! 🔥👍 It is an incredible opportunity to spend time with the doctors and research team at @prothetik_umainz Mainz Dental School. We went through the journey of the patient going from Overdenture to Fixed, focusing on Locator and Locator Fixed prosthetic choices. We are also excited to partner with @itiglobal ITI International Team for Implantology Straumann and @zestdentalsolutions Zest Dental Solutions to bring incredible new research projects to dentistry!!! Thank you Dr Stefan Wentascheck and Dr Samir Abou-Ayash for the collaboration!!

I think my smile says it all🥹❤️ Pure happiness. Pure gratitude. And a moment I wish I could hold on to forever. HYROX Hamburg — what a weekend!🖤 🥇 1st place in the Singles Challenger 🎟️ Qualified for the Elite 15 in London 🔥 4th place in my very first Elite Doubles race Looking at these results, I couldn’t be happier. But what made this weekend so special goes far beyond rankings, times, or podium finishes. It’s the people🫶🏽 The ones who believe in me, support me, push me, and celebrate these moments with me. Whether you were right there in Hamburg or cheering me on from home — I felt every bit of that support. Feeling the love and belief from @adidastraining , @blackroll , @esncom , and this incredible HYROX community honestly means more to me than I can put into words. I’m leaving Hamburg with so much positive energy, motivation, and confidence. But also with some valuable lessons and a clear picture of where I currently stand. Because as happy as I am with these results, I know there’s still so much room to grow. This weekend was also an important opportunity to see how the work with @osse205 an @smart_athlet is paying off, what we’ve already improved, and where we need to keep pushing over the next weeks and months. Proud of how far I’ve come. Grateful for everyone who’s part of this journey. And even more excited for what’s ahead. London, here we come🚀❤️ #behappy #beproud
Being overlooked gave me a discount on my mistakes. Nobody was watching when I was bad at this. #runtheplay
