Congratulations to our newly elected SAU SGA Executive Board! We’re excited to see how you lead and serve the student body in the year ahead. Thank you to everyone who ran and put themselves forward in this process.

If you felt inspired this election cycle or are looking for a way to get involved, this is your sign! Senator positions will open in the fall, and we would love to see new faces step into leadership and make an impact on SAU’s campus.

Have a safe summer and go Muleriders!

YES JACKSON!! 🔥🔥

lucky lucky girl🥹 meeting you guys will never get old to me. thank you to everyone who came to the @skylar x @popupbagels pop up yesterday🤍

Remember when walking into a mall felt like stepping into a dozen different worlds? 🛍️✨

Back in the day, stores went all out with bright colors, giant logos, glowing neon and over-the-top displays. Hot Topic, Abercrombie & Fitch, Victoria’s Secret and PacSun each had a look you could recognize from across the food court.

Over time, a lot of those retailers have swapped their signature entrances and colorful interiors for neutral tones, clean lines and sleek, modern layouts.

The updates match where retail design is heading, but plenty of shoppers miss the old vibe. For a whole generation, those bold storefronts were half the fun of a trip to the mall.

Which store’s old look do you miss most? 👇

Comment WITHIN if you stretch every day and still wake up tight. I’ll send you 7 days free of the practices that reach the root.

Tight hamstrings and low back pain might start in your big toe.

Your plantar fascia runs as one line of tissue up through your calves and hamstrings into your low back. When shoes and orthotics do your foot’s work, the big toe stops pushing off and the whole chain tightens. That’s why stretching never lasts.

Try this:

1. Toe sit. Tuck all ten toes, sit back and breathe.
2. Big toe extension. Toe against a wall, lean in, 30 seconds each side.
3. Big toe mobilization. Hold the base, draw the toe up and back, 10 reps.

Comment WITHIN and stop living in a body that’s always bracing. 7 days free, cancel anytime.

The kingdom of heaven has always been within you 🦶
