Last weekend two days incredible but strenuous hiking @southwestcoastalpath Bude-Tintagel. The knee held up and friendships deepened the laughter sustained us. Mile 133 of 620

GINGERBREAD & WHITE CHOCOLATE COOKIES Backed my science, me and (theoretically) @kathryn.lturner (because these are a gorgeous @marksandspencerfood dupe) these chewy gingerbread cookies are the perfect autumn bake! They’re made with nutty brown butter, warm ground ginger, @lylesgoldensyrup black treacle, crystallised ginger (in place of toffee, because I need my ginger cookies to be GINGERY) and pools of melted white chocolate!! I love them a lot.
