British workers are increasingly disengaged from their jobs and have become less willing to go the extra mile to help their employer, according to a survey that lends substance to claims that productivity has suffered from a wave of so-called ‘quiet quitting’ in the aftermath of the pandemic. One-in-four workers were not even ‘fairly’ satisfied with their main job — the gloomiest in the survey’s 35-year history and up from one in five when the question was last asked in 2015. Tap the link in our bio to read more. Photo credit: Toby Melville/Reuters Image description: Commuters cross London Bridge during morning rush hour, with City of London skyscrapers visible in the background. Tonight, the American people sent a clear message — they want a politics that brings people together rather than divides them, and leaders who offer concrete solutions to the challenges they face. These results were only possible because outstanding candidates stepped forward in every region of the country — including in areas once considered long shots. They came from different backgrounds and represented a range of political perspectives, but were united by shared values, a belief in public service, and a commitment to putting the people of their districts and states first. We also owe a debt of gratitude to the thousands of election officials and volunteers from both parties who helped ensure a smooth election and carried out one of the most essential functions of our democracy. While this administration has another two years in office, our job now is to roll up our sleeves, make changes wherever we have the power to do so, prevent further damage, and lay the groundwork for the future.

Two videos by @_dhiraj_369 capture a heated exchange between bikers and a police officer. In the first video, the officer questions a biker about riding without a helmet. The biker responds that they are not racing and insists that they have not engaged in any wrongdoing. 👉 Bikers Defend Their Presence During the exchange, the bikers claim they have valid driving licences and say they visited the location to take photographs of its scenic views and streetlights. One biker also offers to show the officer a video recording of their visit. 👉 Questions Over Noise And Public Nuisance In the second video, the officer questions the bikers about the presence of others in the group and raises concerns about noise and possible disturbance to residents. The bikers deny racing or creating a nuisance and question why action is not being taken against others allegedly riding nearby. ⚡⚡What do you think about this confrontation?
