The work is what I call the wilderness. 🌿
The wilderness is where your character is built. It’s where your backbone is strengthened. It’s where you learn how to stand on your square, trust your voice, regulate your emotions, and become vertical within yourself. That kind of work cannot be outsourced. Nobody can heal for you. Nobody can walk that wilderness for you.
Yes, sometimes it feels lonely, painful, and sometimes it feels like you’re breaking before the rebuild. But if you don’t grow weary in well-doing, you will reap. You will gain wisdom, peace, discernment, strength, and a level of stability within yourself that nobody can take from you. The work, works. Let’s keep working! 💪🏾

To be honest, I never heard of her. At all until the controversy. Im more intune with dealing with yt supremacist, politics etc conversations. I tap in to relationships and life coaches once in a while. I will admit that joe Budden podcast interview was alright. That line "men women, women want me, I got no daddy issues, im vertical when I walk in the room" (paraphrasing) was on point. I want to steal that vertical comment. 😂😂😂

And sometimes, it got so bad to the point where, being alone for you is like a necessity. You almost feel like you NEED to be alone at whatever moment in your life that makes you feel that way temporarily...🌱

I love how the majority of the people who are giving energy to comment negatively are black and brown people... it shows why we will never accomplish any level of success for OUR community as a whole. Has her message caused harm to you...(or did it cause someone to wise up and leave you or call you on your crap) whether her knowledge was obtained by wisdom or through Eatern European styled education, doesn't change the positive impact that she has had on sooo many people.
