I built my body with time and consistency, not extremes.

This didn’t take weeks or months…it took YEARS.
Because I had to BUILD from the ground up.

To be honest, I’ve even surprised myself with what I’ve been able to accomplish - especially with some of the health challenges and limitations I’ve had.

But I never used those as an excuse to hold me back. I just put my head down and got to work, and stopped worrying about the outcome or how long it would take.

I hope I can inspire you to be the best YOU can be, to focus on the controllables and to be thankful for what you’re able to do. What a gift and privilege it is to be able to move your body. Please don’t take it for granted.

It’s never too late to be your healthiest, strongest self.

Always rooting for you. ❤️🙏

A brave Iranian youth sets the Islamic Republic’s flag on fire and throws it in the trash on the streets of Iran.

He should be departed and may do the time in his own country let his own taxpayers pay for him #daznews #ireland #dublin #irishnews #communityfirst
