2026 NYC marathon. If you asked me a few years ago about running a marathon I wouldโ€™ve said itโ€™s completely impossible. I had always wanted to and it had always been in the back of my mind, but I truly didnโ€™t believe I had it in me. And now Iโ€™m a 2x marathon finisher ๐Ÿฅน On Sunday, at mile 15, I wondered how Iโ€™d feel if I didnโ€™t cross the finish line. I had barely trained, I was totally underprepared, and my body was literally seizing up. Thereโ€™s no way I can finish this, I thought. But I hit that wall of sound coming off the Queensboro and it was like I floated outside of my body. I decided to just keep going until I physically couldnโ€™t move. And then I was at mile 20. 21. 24. There was no way I would quit now. I crossed the finish line and I did it with my entire heart and soul. If thereโ€™s anything Iโ€™ve learned through this experience itโ€™s that if you show up for yourself and trust yourself enough to be pushed past your limits then youโ€™ve already won. ๐Ÿค
