It was an honour being able to compete @skillsontario for my third time! Two years in Secondary and now this year in Post. We came out strong this year with 2nd place overall! It was a tough competition given little time like 20 minutes in the studio with a mystery product, the event to photograph and photos to be retouched! I think what really matters to me is what I’ve learned from this experience, the many new faces I’ve met along the way, and the atmosphere in itself was so incredibly inspiring. Getting to capture and see all 75+ trades filled with young people was truly the highlight of this amazing experience. I would also like to congratulate my incredible teammate @geneens_photos !! She definitely deserves the recognition and applause too :) A big thank you to my prof or I should say coach, James, giving me this opportunity to test my skills, at skills! And thank you to everyone for the love and support, especially our @sheridan_college booth as they were more than welcoming and kind along with keeping us well fed and hydrated 😊
I couldn’t have done it without everything I’ve learned from @sheridan_honoursphotography 🫶🏼

Cheers to another skills in the books & congratulations to everyone that participated 🥂🎉 #SOC2026 #OCO2026
