Every time I see this guy’s ads, it makes CELPIP/IELTS feel less like legitimate language exams and more like an industry designed to make money from immigrants. What bothers me even more is how openly he talks about immigrants as his target audience, as if these exams are something only immigrants need to worry about. It gives me the impression that the entire system has been built around people’s desperation to get the scores they need and their willingness to keep paying for preparation. Maybe the exams themselves are legitimate, but the industry that has grown around them can feel extremely exploitative. At some point, it starts feeling less like a test of how well you actually communicate in English and more like a money-making machine where test strategy matters more than language ability. It’s not necessarily about how naturally or effectively you can communicate anymore. It’s about how well you can use templates , memorize templates , fit your response into a given template, and hit whatever the examiner is looking for. When people can be taught a formula for answering a “language” question, it makes you wonder how much the exam is really measuring your English and how much it is measuring how well you’ve learned to play the exam.

Please think twice before buying this course. Before joining, I was told that I would get a refund if I didn’t achieve my desired score, and that the class size would be only 4–5 students. However, there were around 50 students in my class. I submitted my practice test and was told I would receive feedback within 2 days, but I still haven’t received it. After paying, responses to questions can take 1–3 days, while they reply within minutes when you are trying to register. The course also focuses mostly on basic templates and words like “firstly” and “secondly,” rather than teaching students how to develop ideas and improve their actual scores. They claim that 99.99% of their students achieve CLB 9, but based on my personal experience and the results of 4–5 people I know who took the course, I have not seen that result. If my English were already strong enough, I wouldn’t need a course—I would need proper guidance on how to improve my score. I’m sharing my experience so others can do their research before purchasing.

I tried with you but it was very bad experience and I didn’t get the refund even and not the proper materials and classes
