I went on a retreat a couple months ago….
It was incredible!
Not only being about to switch off from organising what food I’m going to eat, activities to do and transport to take but also meeting an incredible group of women.
Being around them gave me a new perspective on life….
Being in a new environment helped me see clearer and understand what changes I want to make going back to my reality.
Being in a new culture opened my eyes to the beauty of life!
I don’t find it easy to put myself first or to invest the money in myself but I’m so glad I did. I came home feeling positive and rested making me a better person to everyone around me.
