“There are things in life that hurt more than pain” is what I kept telling myself during this run…. ✊

My first 100 mile race was awesome. I think I experienced an amplified version of every single human emotion during miles 60-80💯 at mile 72 and 79 I wanted to just give up…. And I was adamant on doing that….Idk bro I just couldn’t make sense of moving forward…. “Why continue Z ? Wtf are you even doing this for ? “

But , I summoned my answers and reasons to continue pushing forward ….which are very very very strong…. And I will not yet disclose….. I will one day but not yet….

I want to be a “great”… a legend… I think I can do it… I think God has that in store for me…. Who knows ??? I’ll just continue developing myself and growing…. My mindset is …. I have a lot of success ahead of me.

Until then….Just have to keep righting my wrongs, working hard, focusing on my goals, and KEEP THE LORD JESUS CHRIST FIRST!!!

I went into the race with 1 goal of just completing 100 miles… and praise the Lord Jesus Christ I did🙏

What’s interesting is everything was going great until I got to mile 54 …. Then I was cooked …. But whatever…. I still completed my mission. 📈

This is first of many… I’m only going to get better and stronger and more elite… then again… my motto is IMPROVEEVERYDAY…. And that’s exactly what I will continue to follow 🤟💯

Last but most important thing I’ll say “ SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS AND ALL THESE THINGS WILL BE ADDED ON TO YOU” Matthew 6:33 (Jesus speaking!!!!)

I decided to set that ☝️as my one and only goal this year…. And yes… I’m still imperfectly following that… and to be completely real with you. Since following that I’ve had the best time of my life ….. and success after success just keeps coming…. I’ve found purpose 🤟Give Jesus a try 👀📈✊
