You may still be looking at me like I have FOUR EYES or like I’ve completely lost my mind for voluntarily waking up at 5 AM. But hear me out… What if the way you started your morning could completely change the way you live your LIFE? I truly believe that when you wake up with intention, it translates into EVERY other aspect of your day. You’re more disciplined, productive, you become a more patient mom, And instead of spending your entire day pouring into everyone else, you’ve already made the decision to pour into yourself first. Which, like they say, allows you to pour from a full cup. And those little decisions, repeated consistently over YEARS, can completely change your life. And reflecting recently, I know it’s because of the decision I made four years ago to start waking up at 5 AM. Four years ago, I never could’ve imagined the life I have today. And while I don’t necessarily measure success by how much money I make, I now earn more than THREE TIMES what I made working as an engineer. But the BEST part? The time freedom. Being able to work for myself, make my own schedule, drop my kids off at school, pick them up, and actually be PRESENT with them. I wouldn’t trade that flexibility for ANY amount of money. And I truly don’t believe I would’ve gotten here without consistency, hard work, and making intentional time for myself every morning. And if you’re wondering HOW THE HECK to become a morning person, there’s a book that completely changed my perspective on mornings. Comment MORNING ☀️ and I’ll send you the book along with all my morning routine essentials! @flavcity @curelus @larocheposayusa @merit @samsungus @nobull @graceandstella @instanthydration @tapehersleep @native @nakednutrition #MorningRoutine #5AMClub #MomOfFour #WorkingMom #MorningMotivation
Jayden Daniels says the way the team started the game was “BS” when asked about his motivational speech to his teammates. Question asked by Jake Kauderer.
“I don't feel defensive. I feel offensive,” Pulitzer Prize-winning writer Benjamin Moser, author of Anti-Zionism: A Jewish History, tells Palestine Deep Dive. “I have nothing but loathing and contempt for the people and the institutions that have allowed a genocide to happen in my name, with my money,” he continues. Discussing the Green Party of England and Wales' approach to shifting the conversation around Israel and Palestine, following the adoption of its motion declaring Zionism to be racism, Irish journalist and commentator Barry Malone observes: “The Greens were bumping the Overton window… I think they're through it now.” "I very much hope that they won't backtrack," Moser adds. "I think it would be really devastating if they did. But again, I don't think they need to dig their heels in with this. If I were the Green Party, I would just say, yeah, next question, because, yeah, of course Zionism is racism. Moving along, what's your next question? Because otherwise, you get stuck in this rhetorical quicksand where you're always defensive." @benjaminfmoser | @malonebarry | @ahmed_alnaouq Watch the full discussion of Zionism, anti-Zionism, media complicity and the language shaping public debate around Palestine on the Palestine Deep Dive YouTube channel and all podcast platforms: "Liberal Zionists Are the Real Enemy" | Benjamin Moser & Barry Malone
