I miss Jrotc already and I just got out all the haters most likely never served in the first place and will never serve in Jrotc you quite literally help out your community on a regular basis but no just hate ig since evb knows what there doing im heading to the marines in 15 days and I bet you half of there cadets are heading to the force aswell

It’s funny reading all the comments reguardibg how easily awards are given and how JROTC isnt the military. Im not in JROTC but I’m in CAP which is the same concept but a little more in depth, and it really shows who knows and who doesnt about JROTC and similar programs as yes some medals/ribbons/cords/badges are awarded easily there are still very very prestigious awards you can earn, as I have earned the privilege to be a part of the Air Force sergeants association, which is an extremely great honor most civilians won’t get the opportunity to receive. As well as some people arent in it for the awards and ribbon racks, they’re in it for the experience and fellowship as they will be some of the best friends you meet as well as it prepares you for almost any situation 🤣. I know I personally take a great pride in CAP and im sure any JROTC kid can say the same thing.
