Grateful to officially graduate from the ACRE (Associates in Commercial Real Estate) program today 👩🏾🎓💜
This journey stretched me, sharpened me, and pushed me closer to the developer I’ve always envisioned becoming. Real estate has always been part of my story, but stepping fully into development has been the goal — and now I’m walking in it with intention.
Proud to share that our capstone presentation was selected as the Night One winner 🥳🏆 Huge shoutout to my capstone partner Marcelia Nicholson Bovell, my mentor Michael Emem, and everyone who poured into this experience along the way.
Thank you to LISC Milwaukee, Milwaukee School of Engineering, University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, and Marquette University for creating space for growth, leadership, and opportunity.
The relationships, the knowledge, the late nights, the lessons — all worth it.
Emerging developer loading… Let’s build 💜🏗️✨

![Netflix wants to know what you’re thinking.
The streamer is set to launch an new AI interface that will attempt to get subscribers to engage with the platform in a more detailed and nuanced way.
The feature is called AI Discover and the hope is to serve up more targeted content suggestions.
“AI Discover is powered by a new intelligence layer we’ve been building that responds to what members tell us in real time and keeps learning,” said a Netflix spokesperson in a statement. “We can understand what [subscribers] are in the mood for right now, respond to what they ask, and open up new paths to discover beyond the ones that we present are predefined … What we’re most excited about is how it feels to use. Tell us what you’re after, and the experience adjusts.”
