October is a month I’ll look back on with a smile on my face and tears in my eyes. This month has brought joy and pain, some physical for me (Maggie in the marsh and oyster cuts as a result, massive burns from stupid curling irons and leash tangles causing wrist tears) and some emotional (standing over my mom watching her body try to fight a 105.6 fever is something that will haunt me until the day that I die). But, we lived to see November. We literally thrived and then just survived this month. And the longer I’m on this earth the more that I find I’m a student of that rhythm. We all are. If I’ve learned nothing else, and if I could pass on only one lesson from these 46 years on the planet, let it be this. No matter how good you’ve got it or how bad your life feels right now, nothing lasts forever. It never gets easier and stays easier. Happiness is truly found in navigating both periods of your life with grace, as much grace as you can muster, for yourself and those around you. That’s something I’m still working on. And, to be completely honest, I’m crap at it but I’m trying. This was October… (Never been happier to hear Mariah Carey at midnight on November 1st).

Put these Hollywood stars next to each other and you’ll swear they share DNA 👀 Same jawlines, same smiles, same hair and sometimes even the same little expressions on camera. These celebrity lookalikes have kept fans doing double takes for years. A few of them rose to fame around the same time, while others are separated by entire generations. Not a single pair is actually related, but you’d never guess it from the photos. Which duo had you fooled? 🤔
