Yea 6’3 15yos don’t do Mikans by choice. Hs coaches prioritizing wins instead of developing potential

6’7 post player here. I wasn’t taught how to be a stretch 4 and it showed up later that I didn’t have the handles and moves to handle college and pro that I needed. Later it was developed but too late in life.

Gale has changed. It’s almost positionless. Centers even have to know how to dribble and shoot 3’s. Kind of weird for an old head like me. Looks like a three-point contest out there every game I watch.

Great Stuff Tuck!! Hopefully one day teaching skills based on someone’s “size” and “position” is no longer. Players should learn all skills and build competency in a variety of areas on the court. Positions limits the individual player, the versatility of the team, and the entire game. That’s why the highest level of the game is position-less.

I love this. Kids done realize a guard at the next level is 6’4 and up. I love your content and what you do man. My son watches all your videos and it’s helped. And it’s helped me as a coach get better
