Lid Johnson

Inner city kid from Philly… graduating college for the second time.

Paine College gave me a second chance when life could’ve gone a completely different direction, and for that this place will forever be home to me. Augusta became more than a city — it became part of my story. Through every lesson, setback, win, loss, and late night, I kept going.

I came here as a student-athlete chasing a dream and I leave as a man with memories, growth, brotherhood, and another degree behind my name. Forever grateful for everybody who believed in me, pushed me, prayed for me, and stood beside me along the way.
