This year, I’m challenging myself to complete a HYROX. To get there, I’ve become more intentional about taking care of both my body and mind through nourishing food, vitamins and supplements and consistent workouts.

It's Election Day! One of the privileges of living in a proud democracy is having a say in how we're governed. Take a little extra time today to go exercise that right — by voting.

If you've already dropped off your ballot, congratulations! Wear that "I voted" sticker with pride and encourage your friends to do the same. If you're on your way to the polls, take a moment to brush up on your voting rights (as spelled out by the @aclu_nationwide):

• Made a mistake on your ballot? You can ask for a new one.
• Still in line when the polls close? Stay there — you have the right to vote.
• Voting machines down? Ask for a paper ballot.
• Feeling intimated? Voter intimidation is illegal — as is the deployment of federal agents (such as ICE or the National Guard) to interfere with the voting process.
• Need help? If you encounter a problem or have questions, call the Election Protection Hotline: 1-866-OUR-VOTE (English) / 1-888-VE-Y-VOTA (Spanish) / 1-844-YALLA-US (Arabic) / 1-888-API-VOTE (Asian languages)

One final tip: Voting is more fun if you do it with friends. If you head to the polls in a group, you can share your rights with others, catch up with folks as you wait to cast your ballot — then get together and watch the results come in.

So get out there, make your voice heard, and put democracy in action!
