CAITLYN JENNER IS AT THE CENTER OF ANOTHER VIRAL RUMOR, BUT IS THERE ANY TRUTH TO IT? 👀 Social media has been buzzing with claims that Caitlyn Jenner allegedly wants to reverse her transition, sparking a wave of speculation and reactions online. But there’s one major detail people seem to be overlooking. There is no credible confirmation that Caitlyn has announced any plans to detransition. The former Olympic gold medalist publicly came out as a transgender woman in 2015, a moment that attracted worldwide attention and made her one of the most recognizable transgender public figures. More than a decade later, her personal life continues to generate headlines, even when the claims circulating online are unsupported. And that’s exactly how celebrity misinformation spreads. One unverified post gets shared, repeated, and discussed until people begin treating speculation as established fact. For now, the latest claims remain unsubstantiated. Do you think social media has made people too quick to believe rumors about celebrities without checking the facts? 🤔
A man downloaded Dexter: Resurrection through BitTorrent and received a copyright infringement notice from Paramount through Starlink just two days later. Sam Guichelaar shared the incident on X, saying he had never received a warning like this before, despite years of downloading torrents. The complaint, dated October 31, came from Vobile, a company that monitors online piracy on behalf of copyright holders. It identified alleged BitTorrent activity linked to his internet connection and requested that Starlink take action. Starlink forwarded the notice, warning that downloading copyrighted material without permission could lead to his internet service being suspended or terminated, as well as possible legal action from Paramount. What caught people's attention was the speed. Within 48 hours of downloading the show, Guichelaar had already received a formal warning from his internet provider, complete with details of the alleged infringement.
Playing hard to forget 😉
When you hear another kid tell your kid “you can’t play with us,” it can hit you right in the chest. Of course you want to march over and fix it. Here’s what I want you to do instead: 1️⃣ Remember this is not an emergency. It’s painful, but only emergencies need urgent action. 2️⃣ Just watch. Say nothing for 10, 20, 30 seconds. Your kid might handle it before you ever have to step in. 3️⃣ Think about the future. Your kid is learning patterns now that will play out when they’re 18, 25. You want them to know they have coping skills, not that someone will always swoop in to solve it. 4️⃣ Hold back on “You have to let my kid play.” When we do that, we’re teaching our kid they should want to be accepted by people who aren’t being kind to them. If it still stings later, for them or for you, that’s okay too. You can say something like: “That was a hard moment at the park. I’m here if you want to talk about it.” Then let them lead.
