How did you land your first Remote role ?

I get asked that question a lot here, so here’s a Short and quick answer hope it helps:

I landed my first remote role by being intentional about positioning myself, improving my communication skills, and applying consistently. I focused on building skills that companies value remotely such as customer service, sales, and communication.

I also learned how to structure my CV properly for remote opportunities, practiced interviews, and applied to international companies consistently instead of waiting for perfect opportunities. Over time, I gained experience working with American and European companies, which helped me grow into sales, coaching, and leadership roles in the remote workspace.
