To my girls…whether you know it or not each one of you has had a tremendous impact in my life…watching you all walk across that stage and earn DR letters before your names is something I will never forget. Ya’ll are finally a CRNA. You earned every single letter.

This field has not always made space for us, but you showed up anyway — through the long nights, the hard exams, the moments of doubt…and you didn’t just survive this program, you thrived in it.

The patients who will one day be under your care are already luckier for it. The students who come behind you — including me — will walk a little taller because of what you’ve done.
