Comment ‘skincare’ and I’ll send you this week’s @workinghardpod Future Self Series episode with @natalieoneill, all about reverse engineering your best skin for your future self! The beauty industry is constantly telling us there’s something new we need to buy, try or fix. But what if the smarter approach is to work backwards: figure out the skin you want long term, understand what actually gets you there, and skip the products and treatments you don’t need. That’s exactly what episode 10 of the Future Self Series is about. Natalie takes us through what really works, including: - Why a moisturiser isn’t good enough for hydration - Everything you need to try before deciding to get Botox - The truth about retinoids - Natalie’s ride or die routine & products We also talk about SPF, the habits that make the biggest difference over time, and have a really honest conversation about Botox, (without the pressure or judgement that usually comes with it!!) If you’ve ever spent a small fortune on skincare and wondered whether any of it was working, I think you’ll like this one!
Leave it to @Rihanna to turn a simple appearance into a full fashion statement. The singer and entrepreneur stepped out wearing a custom look from Fenty, proving once again that her approach to style continues to define conversations beyond the red carpet. Tap the link in bio for a closer look at the details behind the latest iconic moment.

In ieder geval mijn liefde. Want ik hoop, en ik geloof. In hem en mij. #111 #bettertogether #happyanniversary
October’s always been a real one
Rain pouring down. One final adjustment. Then a deep breath before moving on. Some people think race day is only about the start itself. But most of it is control. Control the breath. Control the focus. Control the moment when the last adjustment is finished, someone gives you a reassuring pat on the shoulder, and it's time to leave everything else behind. No PA this time. Just heavy rain, continuous cheering from the stands, and one quiet breath before walking back toward the track. That's why I love the routine. Because routine keeps you steady when the pressure starts to build. It keeps you honest. #bautifulathlete #collegesports #sportgirl #sportgirls #trackgirl #trackgirls #collegegirls #collegegirl #fitnessgirl
