After a long year in New York, I have finally made it to the end of my first year down here. I could not be happier. No more ear training coachings for a while 😅

Now Norway is calling, but I am already looking forward to coming back to NYC next fall for more fun and stress 🇺🇸🦅!

another week down :) - moved up in weight on all my posterior chain movements this week!! this has been my main goal with my new split so I am happy. I am also putting more emphasis on bench again and am going to attempt to push for some new PRs. Squat is currently being maintained until my deadlift is a bit stronger. - My all time deadlift PR was 310lbs pre injury and that was pulled with frog stance sumo. I am hoping to surpass this PR with conventional. Pre injury I never emphasized training my posterior chain at all and trained deadlifts very loosely in comparison to squats, which was a massive contributing factor as to why I got injured. I used to despise deadlift and glute training. While I can’t say deadlift is my favorite lift now, I do genuinely look forward to every single workout including my deadlift days and am grateful to be able to lift at all.
