Learjet N722BD’s final flight, recreated using our models in a 3D simulation with its flight track and the real air traffic control audio.

Miami Center warned the crew the turn to Freeport looked “pretty bad.” Moderate to extreme precipitation, 25 miles out, a storm about 100 miles across. Controllers cleared them to deviate left or right.

The pilot answered “Roger, we’ll look at it” and stayed direct Freeport. Then she reported ice and moderate turbulence.

Then the mayday. Descending 10,000 feet per minute. Overspeed. Descending 20,000 feet per minute. Banking 60 degrees.

“We’re going to crash into the ground.”

The controller’s answer: “I’m here with you. Talk to me.”

The jet fell from about 37,300 feet to 325 feet over Greenacres, Florida in roughly 75 seconds...

5 health ‘hacks’ I don’t believe in or truely just think are overrated ➡️

If you need a ring or number to tell you slept badly, you’re not optimising… You’ve just outsourced the one sensor you were born with. Use the data to learn, not to decide how you feel.

Gentle movement has its place.
But your body still needs to be able to jump, sprint, lift and land, otherwise it slowly forgets how to.

If your bedtime routine has 11 steps, it’s actually just keeping you up. A dark room, that’s nice and cool and aim for bed at the same time each night 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ice baths, massage guns and compression boots are nice but sleep is free. If your sleep sucks, just start there. It’s the most important tool for recovery.

Sunlight, lemon water, journaling, breathwork… by the time you finish, the day’s over 😂
Pick one & start your day!

Lisa Kudrow was pregnant with her son, Julian Murray Stern, while filming the fourth season of Friends in 1998. Instead of concealing her pregnancy, the show’s writers incorporated it into the storyline by having her character, Phoebe Buffay, become a surrogate for her brother Frank Jr. and his wife Alice, carrying their triplets.

Kudrow gave birth to Julian on May 7, 1998, during the height of the sitcom’s success. Her pregnancy became part of one of the show’s most memorable storylines, connecting a major moment in her personal life with her character’s journey.

In 2021, more than two decades later, Kudrow proudly celebrated Julian’s graduation from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts. The touching photograph of mother and son marked a special milestone, showing just how much time had passed since audiences watched Phoebe’s pregnancy unfold on television. ❤️🎓

London to Brighton Veteran car run!

World’s longest-running motoring spectacle, and it just keeps getting better.

Over 400 pre war cars chuntering their way down at 20mph (max) from Hyde Park to Brighton pier.

I was lucky enough to spend the day alongside @a_stretton in the @royalautomobileclub’s 1900 Daimler which was just perfect.

The support for these cars and drivers along the way is just unbelievable. The smiles they put on people’s faces is magic. Cannot express how special it was to be a part of it today.

Elon, you can shove your flying Teslas up your arse x
