Whilst good cardio is what keeps neural fatigue at bay so your reactions stay sharp

A sharp brain is no good with a slow body

With speed/power training you only see real progress if you perform all sets maximally - to do this you need rest between sets

Stop spamming all exercises in a circuit under fatigue!

This stuff is great thrown into a warm up before conditioning sessions or general strength work in the gym

Want me to look after your training 1-1 on the MFA team so you can have your fastest season yet? DM me ‘TEAM’ or head to the pre-application form in my bio 👊🏽

Plyo I’ve been looking for a training like that but I don’t know where to start.
