Beyond grateful 😇 and incredibly proud to be guided by Professor Jorge Alió — recognized among the world’s most influential ophthalmologists and ranked by Expertscape as the world’s leading expert in refractive and cataract surgery ☝🏼.

Having him as the promoter and director of my doctoral thesis is an honor I will always cherish🙏. He has been my idol in ophthalmology for years, not only because of his extraordinary achievements and worldwide impact, but also because of the amazing and unique person he is🫶🏻.

I will always be thankful that he believed in me, took me under his supervision, and became such an important part of my professional and personal journey🥰. Thank you, Professor Alió, for your trust, inspiration, and mentorship 🤎.
