Our first night in Florence. Had an amazing pasta with Parmigiana Cheese Wheel Flambé with Truffles was out of this world amazing. Dinner and a show. Probably one of the best I have ever had!! Took an evening stroll in the Piazza and even got a glass of wine to go on the street. If you are in Florence you have to go to the restaurant Osteria Pastella. Just amazing. Yep there is a Five Guys and McDonalds in Florence.

Four years later revisiting a full-mouth rehabilitation in a patient with dentinogenesis imperfecta. The goal was to restore tooth form, function, and esthetics while preserving as much of the remaining tooth structure as possible. This carousel takes you through the process: ▪️ Smile design and incisal edge positioning ▪️ Planning the vertical dimension of occlusion with the Smile Design and Space concept ▪️ Creating restorative space ▪️ Mock-up evaluation and crown lengthening ▪️ Mock-up-guided preparation, with no preparation on the occlusal and palatal surfaces ▪️ Adhesively bonded IPS e.max Press veneers and vonlays, with a cut-back technique One of the key decisions in this case was balancing the masking of the underlying discoloration with tooth preservation. Ceramic translucency, shade, and cement color were all part of that planning. The final photographs show the result at the four-year follow-up. Despite some minor recessions so far so good. Returning to a case years after treatment is one of the most valuable parts of documenting our work.
