Losing hurts for a day, but knowing you held back haunts you for years. 💯🔥

Some days you’ll give everything you have and still fall short. You’ll study and still miss the grade. Train and still lose. Work late and still not get the result you wanted.

That’s life. Results depend on timing, luck and a hundred things outside your control. Effort is the one thing that’s always yours.

The real failure isn’t falling short. It’s knowing you held back. Regret doesn’t come from losing after giving your best. It comes from wondering what would’ve happened if you had.

And effort is never wasted. Every time you give everything, you get stronger, sharper and closer, even when the scoreboard doesn’t show it yet.

Every loss you give everything to is a down payment on the win that’s coming.

spooky season at strictly .𖥔 🐈‍⬛݁ ˖🕸️🕷.🕯️𖥔 ݁ ˖

a huge thank you to everyone who voted to keep us dancing for another week (nothing scarier than results night! 🫨) 🖤🖤 xxx

Here is another sound clip of the 4N-N52 6-1 F1 header setup! After 25+ pulls on the dyno trying different Vanos settings and freeing up flow on the intake side I was able to get 282HP out of a 91 octane pump gas tune. It’s pulling all the way out to 7,850rpm now. 6HP Gearbox is no longer in limp mode past 7k rpm anymore. Stay tuned for the coil cut up shift testing next! 🔥🔥🤙

Follow me then comment “EDIT” and I’ll DM you the setup and prompts for 13 Claude Code video effects 🎬🤖

Claude Code built the effects you just watched. Text behind my head, lights in the room, hand tracking, falling logos, film grading, and copies of me.

Here’s how I did it 👇

1️⃣ Put a vertical clip of yourself talking in a project folder and open it in Claude Code.

2️⃣ Paste the guide’s setup prompt first. It builds the tools that cut you out of the background and track your hands and face.

3️⃣ Pick an effect and paste its full prompt. Start with text behind you or try the delayed clones.

4️⃣ Preview the result, check the edges around your hair and hands, then ask Claude to fix anything that looks off before exporting.

What makes this insane:
✅ 13 effect prompts you can use on your own footage
✅ Background effects sit behind you instead of covering your face
✅ Hand tracking makes effects follow your movement
✅ GIF demos show you what each effect should look like

Why this matters: you can keep the same talking clip and test different visual treatments. Once the setup is in place, you have a starting point for the next edit too.

👉 Follow me then comment “EDIT” and I’ll DM you the full setup and all 13 prompts.
