Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 30 minutes. Mix flour, cornstarch and seasonings, then coat chicken thoroughly. Fry chicken at 350°F for 4–6 minutes until crispy and 165°F internally. Combine Nashville hot oil spices in a heatproof bowl. Carefully pour ½ cup hot frying oil over the spices and stir until combined. Brush or toss the fried chicken in Nashville hot oil, then pile it over the baked mac and cheese. Happy birthday uncle Paul-Daniel 🥳 You literally inspired the name of my son Paul-Xavier. And it's so amazing to me how similar he is to you especially at this age. I mistakenly referred to him as my baby brother on the phone the other day because I literally remember taking care of you at the same age 😂🥰🤗. I'm so blessed to see him have so many of the traits that make you such an impressive young man. From the laying of hands on people to the preaching with a microphone as a toddler, he is a mini you in many ways. I blown away by your strong sense of self and your deep understanding of responsibility even from so young. You are not afraid to show emotion and be compassionate yet are very tough and firm. And most importantly, your deep love for God is most laudable. Seeing such mirrored in my boy is incredible to witness. You are the perfect uncle for him to emulate and such a blessing to us all as a family. Sam has a brother in you as I do and I am so happy to see how you interact always 🥹. I love you so much and I'm proud to call you my big baby brother. Happy birthday Dr Paul 🥹🥳🥰🤗❤️
